SERVING AT FCC
PRAYER TEAM
God has extended to us the privilege to come before His holy presence in prayer and petition. In fact, we are commanded to pray as in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 which says to pray without ceasing. The prayer team exists to be obedient to that command for prayer and to take advantage of that privilege.
We also want to be a praying church doing everything we can to increase belief, faith, trust, and participation in prayer. God calls every believer to pray to Him with the confidence that He hears our prayers.
When you submit a prayer request, it will be sent to the elders and prayer team. Please remember to update us and renew requests as needed.
The core prayer team meets twice a month after Sunday morning services. The focus of this team is to lift up the church elders, deacons, staff, church events and everything related to the church as a whole. There are also individual teams that pray for the specific needs of the church members and a team is put together for specific events, such as a mission trip or the youth summer camp.
IN-REACH
The In-Reach Ministry is offered to our church family to help meet needs as they arise, from giving rides and preparing meals to helping run errands or lending a hand with small home projects.
If you are interested in using your spiritual or physical gifts and abilities to serve your brothers and sisters in Christ, fill out your information in the contact page on this site or call the church office. One of the deacons will contact you to follow up.
If you have a need or know someone in the church who does, such as a ride to church, phone call of encouragement, or household repair, fill out your information in the contact page on this site or call the church office and one of the deacons will contact you as well.
If there is an immediate need midweek, use the "Contact" button at the top of the page.
WORSHIP TEAM
"True worship is any and every expression of obedience, praise, honor, adoration, and gratitude offered to the true God by a regenerate soul who knows the truth about God and loves him." John Macarthur
We as the Worship Team intend to lead by example in worshiping God based on His character, acts and Word. We desire to use the gifts He has blessed us with in order to glorify God. Our prayer is that in so doing, the congregation will join us as we express our love, adoration, and thankfulness to God in our weekly services.
